Our 1876 historic Italianate cream city brick building is the oldest building in the Old World 3rd S. District. Fully renovated! Located on the first floor is The Spice House, one of the top spice shops in the WORLD, as named by Food & Wine magazine. Expect a spicy aroma! Less than 1 block to the new Fiserv Forum. Lots of fun restaurants & bars on our street that run free shuttles to Brewers games. 1/2 block from the Riverwalk. Anticipate an electric, energetic night life.

Our building has huge ceilings and some beautiful original brick walls. We installed all new carpeting and all new furniture in October, 2018. Sleeper sofas are never going to be like a bed at the Ritz, but we did get upgraded mattresses on our two brand new sleeper sofas which are so much better. Just so you know the two sleeper sofas are in the same room, the are 2 large bedrooms down the hallway with King Beds. The deck on the back is about 400 square feet and a great spot for hanging out with city lights or people watching during a concert or sports event at the brand new Fiserv Forum. The location could not be better for exploring the many different aspects of Milwaukee, from museums to fine dining to night life. It is a great neighborhood to walk in. If you are headed to The Brewers Stadium or the Summerfest grounds, there are three bars on the street that run shuttles there and back if you merely buy a drink, even a soft drink will do. The staff at the spice shop downstairs is happy to give you advice on what to do, and if you love to cook, you will be in heaven there!

This is a spacious condo with a huge deck on the back. It is up two flights of stairs. There are other tenants in the building but the loft and the 3rd floor back deck are all yours. You may see tenants on the stairs to heading to the unit below yours as we do have another Airbnb on the 2nd floor. There is a permanent tenant in the building so we ask you be respectful of their privacy and noise levels.

You are located in the heart of Old World 3rd street with over 15 restaurants and bars. It is less than a block to the Fiserv Forum and Riverwalk. You cant ask for a better Milwaukee experience and stay than at our Airbnb.

The keys will be in a lock box right next to the down spout next to 1029 door to go up stairs
